Trained in law and business, he studied law and business in Madrid, Paris and New York. He currently works as a strategic director for financial and technological services, but always with an eye on gastronomy, as a great fan and carrying out several collaborations with companies in the sector.

With over 25 years of experience, he combines technique, creativity and intuition, giving life to a cuisine that transcends the dish to become a sensory and emotional experience.
